Sub: Approval of the unaudited financial results for the period ending on 31 March 2026

 

Dhofar Foods and Investment Company SAOG announces that the unaudited financial results for the period ending on 31 March 2026 were approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on 12/5/2026. Noting that the detailed financial results will be uploaded via Muscat Stock Exchange website during the legal period.

 

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
