The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 13/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| Approval of the unaudited financial statements for Three months ended March 31st, 2026 |
| Dhofar International Development and Investment Co SAOG are pleased to inform the Financial Services Authority, Muscat Stock Exchange and all investors that the BoD held its Fourth meeting on Wednesday May 13th, 2026, and approved the followings:
1- The unaudited financial statements for the three months ended March31st, 2026.
2- The BoD report for the period ended 31st March 2026.
The financial statements will be uploaded on the MSX website as well as on the company website (www.didic.com). |
*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
