The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 218 held on 13/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Disclosure of Decisions taken at the Board of Directors meeting held on 13^thMay 2026

The Board of Directors (Board) of National Mineral Water Company SAOG (Company) held their meeting on 13^th May 2026 and resolved the following:

1.     To approve the financial statements for the period ended 31^st March 2026.

2.     To approve the Directors report for the period ended 31^st March 2026.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
