The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 03/2026 held on 13/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

 

 

Subject: Resolution of Board Meeting

 

The Board of Directors of OQ Exploration and Production SAOG (“the Company”) met on Wednesday,13th of May 2026, to discuss a number of agenda items, during the meeting, several decisions were made, and the key resolutions are summarized below:

  1. Approval of Financial Statements:
    The Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, which has been published on the Company’s page on the MSX website.
  2. Approval of Cash Dividends:
    The Board of Directors, based on the authority delegated by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 12 March 2026, approved cash distribution dividends of 7.23 Baiza per share for the first quarter of the financial year 2026, with a cut-off date of 24 May 2026.

 

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
