The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 5 held on 14/05/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| Disclosure Unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 31st March 2026 |
| Following the disclosure on 13/5/2026 regarding the initial unaudited Q1 financial results, we would like to inform that the Board of Oman Telecommunications Company SAOG (Omantel) met on Thursday, 14/5/2026 and approved the unaudited financial results with no changes. All the financials will be uploaded on the MSX website within the specific timeframe.
