Methodology of Convening the General Assembly’s Meeting Via modern technology means
Attendance Eligibility, Registration Eligibility, and Voting End As per the rules and regulations, any shareholder registered in the Company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) as of the end of trading session preceding the AGM has the right to attend the AGM.

The right to register to attend the AGM ends at the time of convening the AGM. The attendees’ right to vote on the agenda items of the AGM ends upon the end of the vote tallying by the votes collection committee.

Quorum for Convening the General Assembly's Meeting According to Article (36) of the Company's bylaw, the Ordinary General Assembly meeting is valid if it is attended by shareholders representing at least a quarter of the company’s voting shares, and if the mandatory quorum is not available to hold this meeting, the second meeting will be held an hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting, and the second meeting is valid whatever the number of shares represented in it.
