Riyadh - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Banque Saudi Fransi approved the payment of SAR 1.29 billion in cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2025.

The distribution will begin on Thursday, 11 June 2026, according to a bourse filing.

Full-year dividends amounted to SAR 2.68 billion, or SAR 1.07 per share, representing 10.70% of the share's nominal value.

In January, the bank’s board members proposed a cash dividend of SAR 0.52 per share to 2.48 billion eligible shares.

Last year, Banque Saudi Fransi logged net profit attributable to shareholders worth SAR 5.35 billion, up 17.80% from SAR 4.54 billion at the end of December 2024.
