Riyadh – Mubasher: Ratio Speciality Company for Trading has announced the resignation of its Chairman along with another board member, according to a bourse filing.

The resignations of Fares Ibrahim Al Rashid Al Humaid and Ahmed Abdullah Al Thani were submitted on 20 May 2026 for personal reasons, and became effective immediately.

In response to these leadership changes, the company has appointed Vice Chairman Abdullah Khalid Al Shuaibi to oversee the board’s duties on an interim basis.

Al Humaid has stepped down from his role as the Chairman of the board and has also relinquished his position as a non-executive member of the board.

Simultaneously, Al Thani submitted his resignation from his non-executive membership on the board.

Both Al Humaid and Al Thani had been members of Ratio Speciality’s board since 11 March 2024, representing a tenure of approximately two years during which they contributed to the company’s strategic development.
