Subject: Disclosure regarding the Reconstitution of the Audit Committee

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) and the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law, National Aluminium Products Company SAOG wishes to inform the market and the investor community that the Audit Committee has been reconstituted following its recent meeting held on 8 June 2026.

The new composition of the Audit Committee is as follows:
