Riyadh — Mubasher: Naqi Water Company appointed Ameen Abdullah Al Mallah as the new Chairman, while Youssef Mohammed Al Qafari was named as Vice Chairman.
The company also announced Abdulaziz Youssef Al Sayegh as Managing Director and CEO, according to a bourse disclosure.
The three officials took over their roles for a new board term that commenced on 4 June 2026 and ends on 3 June 2030.
In May, the company’s board approved inaugurating two branches in Ad Dawadimi and Al Ghat governorates.
