We would like to inform you that Ms. Hanan Zahir Al Harrasi Board Secretary at Arabia Falcon Insurance Company SAOG ("the company") has submitted her resignation. Her resignation has been accepted by the Board of the Directors on 10^th of June 2026, and her last working day will be 6^th of August 2026.

The company would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Hanan Zahir Al Harrasi for her outstanding contributions and valuable services throughout her tenure with the company. We wish her continued success and all the best in her future endeavors

The Company will take the necessary steps to fill this position, and a disclosure will be made upon completion of the appointment process for the new Board Secretary.
