Dear Distinguish Shareholders, 

After compliments,

Oman Cement Company S.A.O.G would like to announce to its respected shareholders, the resignation of Mr. Arif Kalam, Commercial Director, for personal reasons effective 15 June 2026. 

The Company would like to express its gratitude for the dedicated service of Mr. Kalam, who has been a valuable asset to the Company during his tenure and wishes him continued success.

Accordingly, Mr. He Zhushan, Sales Manager, is delegated as Acting Commercial Director, effective from 16th June 2026.  Mr. He will function as interim Commercial Director for the next six months, or until a new Commercial Director is appointed.
