APIC announces that it will commence the cash dividend distributions for the fiscal year 2025, amounting to USD 8 million, 5% of the share’s par value for registered shareholders as of May 3, 2026, in accordance with the following details:

• The distribution of cash dividends will commence on Monday, June 8, 2026, through all branches of Bank of Palestine (BoP).
• BoP will disburse cash dividends to individual shareholders upon the presentation of their valid identity document.
• BoP will disburse cash dividends to institutional shareholders upon the presentation of an official letter on the company's letterhead signed by the authorized signatories along with the company’s valid registration certificate.
• BoP will automatically transfer cash dividends to shareholders who previously requested APIC to remit their dividends directly to their bank accounts, using the banking details previously provided by them through the approved form.
• Shareholders who have not received their dividends for the fiscal years 2014 to 2022 are kindly requested to contact Bank of Palestine in this regard.
