Riadh - Mubasher: The shareholders of Meyar Company approved the appointment of RSM United Accountants for Professional Consulting as the company’s external auditor for 2026, with audit fees set at SAR 345,000. 

The appointment was made from among the candidates recommended by the Audit Committee, according to a bourse filing.

RSM United will be responsible for examining, reviewing, and auditing the company’s semi-annual and annual financial statements for 2026. 

Last year, Meyar secured SAR 5.49 million in financing from Riyadh Bank to support business expansion initiatives and enhance its production lines and supply chain capabilities, aiming to improve operational efficiency.
