Riyadh - Mubasher: Alfakhera for Mens Tailoring Company announced the formation of its Audit Committee for the new board term that will commence on 18 June 2026 and will continue for four years until 17 June 2030, according to a bourse filing.

The committee is chaired by Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Munif and includes independent board member Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Huqail and external member Musab bin Khalid Al Hudlaq. 

Al Munif currently serves as Director of the Disputes and Billing Department at Abraj Telecommunications Company Limited, a position he has held since 2023.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University and a master’s degree in operations management from Carthage University in the United States.

Meanwhile, Al Huqail holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and is a licensed lawyer and legal consultant specializing in commercial, financial, and real estate matters. He has chaired several internal committees of listed and non-listed joint-stock companies and serves on the boards of multiple firms.

Furthermore, Al Hudlaq has been a partner at Alpha Professional Consulting Group since 2022. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Saudi Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).  He previously served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Rokn Al Hiwar Charity Association and has experience in real estate contribution supervision and local content audits.

Earlier in June 2026, Alfakhera unveiled its executive leadership lineup and established its key committees for the new four-year board term.
