In compliance with Financial Services Authority disclosure regulations “DIDIC” informs the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) and investors that it received an official letter from the Central Bank of Oman (CBO) dated June 24, 2026.

The CBO has granted Initial Approval ("No Objection") for DIDIC to deploy integrated payment solutions, including Point of Sale (POS) solutions Application-based payments (App) Payment Links Digital Payment Gateways.

This is an initial regulatory approval, and the final approval to commence operations remains subject to fulfilling all underlying CBO requirements and regulatory conditions in this matter.

There is no immediate quantifiable impact on the Company’s financial statements at this stage. Further material developments will be disclosed as they occur.
