Appointment of Board Secretary and Legal Adviser

We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Raysut Cement Company SAOG (the "Company"), by way of a circular resolution passed on 29 June 2026, approved the appointment of Zaid Al Malki Advocacy and Legal Consultants' Office (the "Firm") to provide Board Secretary and Legal Adviser services to the Company. The appointment shall be effective from 1 July 2026.

The Company confirms that the appointment was approved by the Board of Directors after due consideration and being satisfied that the Firm possesses the requisite expertise, experience, and professional qualifications necessary to effectively discharge the duties and responsibilities of the role. The appointment has been made in accordance with the Company's corporate governance framework and all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
