The board of directors decided in its meeting held on 30/06/2026 to accept the resignation of Mr  Sreenath Hebbar

The CEO as from 30/06/2026 and assigned Mr . Khalifa Rashid Al Kalbani To carry out the duties Of the CEO till 

appointing a new CEO.
