After Compliments,

 

Oman Oil Marketing Company S.A.O.G. (the "Company") announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Musaab Faris Bingaradi from his position as Chief Financial Officer, at his own request. His last working day with the Company will be 27 August 2026.

 

 

The Company will announce, in due course, the appointment of an Acting Chief Financial Officer, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, pending the appointment of a permanent Chief Financial Officer.

 

The Board of Directors and the Company extend their sincere appreciation to Mr. Musaab for his dedicated service and valuable contributions during his tenure and wish him every success in his future endeavors.
