The Ordinary General Meeting has been held at 04:00 PM on 05/07/2026 at MCD . The agenda disclosed
on 05/07/2026 have been discussed. The following resolutions have been taken,
Reference to the OGM meeting held on the 5th of July 2026 kindly find below the following main meeting points :
1. the general meeting was notified about the resignation of the entire board of directors
2. The General meeting was unable to elect a new board of directors due to the lack of the required number of nomination forms; Hence, Article 201 of the Commercial Companies Law will be applied and the current board of directors shall continue to perform its duties until the election of a new board in the coming General Meeting.
