Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company approved the appointment of Ahmed Mohammed Makki Al Sawaf as a member of the audit committee.

The decision, made via a circular resolution on 2 July 2026, is effective immediately. Al Sawaf will serve for the remainder of the current committee’s term.

Al Sawaf holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Accounting from Solent University in the UK and possesses more than 12 years of professional experience across internal and external auditing, governance, risk management, and internal control.

He currently serves as the general manager of internal audit at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

His previous professional background includes leadership positions at the National Security Services Company (SAFE), which is owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Bupa Arabia.

He also formerly served as an external auditor at Ernst & Young (EY). The appointment was finalized during the board proceedings held on 2 July 2026.

Tihama Advertising appointed Fahad Abdullah Al Khunaini as the new chairman of its board of directors.
