Riyadh – Mubasher: Anmat Technology for Trading Company has announced the resignation of Mohammed bin Nasser Mohammed Al Juhaimi from the Board of Directors, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation was submitted on 1 July 2026, but the company confirmed that the board has accepted the resignation with the effective date of his departure set for 2 July 2026.
The announcement marks the departure of an independent, non-executive member who has served on the board since late 2023.
Anmat Technology detailed the transition within its primary governing body. Al Juhaimi’s resignation was prompted by his personal desire to focus on other commitments and a need for full-time devotion to personal matters. This reason is consistent with standard corporate disclosures when a director chooses to step down to reallocate their professional or personal focus.
Al Juhaimi’s tenure with the company began on 17 September 2023, meaning he served as a key figure in the company’s oversight for nearly three years. During this period, his role as an independent member was vital for ensuring balanced decision-making and maintaining the high standards of corporate governance expected of firms listed on the Saudi market.
The board member was part of a structure designed to provide objective perspectives on the company’s strategic initiatives and operational performance. His departure leaves a vacancy that the company will need to address in accordance with the regulatory frameworks established by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Companies Law. These regulations typically require listed companies to maintain a specific ratio of independent members to ensure the protection of shareholder interests and the integrity of board deliberations.
The resignation comes at a time when Anmat Technology continues to navigate the evolving landscape of the Saudi technology and trading sectors.
While the company has not yet named a replacement for the vacated seat, it is expected that a new appointment will be announced in due course to ensure the board remains at its full functional capacity and remains compliant with national governance codes.
It is worth noting that Mohammed Al Bardawil recently joined Anmat Technology as a temporary member of the Audit Committee.
