Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) witnessed a negotiated, special, transaction executed during the 9 July 2026 session on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The deal comprised 974,796 shares at SAR 26.6 per share, for a total value of about SAR 25.92 million.

It is worth noting that negotiated or special transactions are executed off the order book between two parties.
