Riyadh – Mubasher: Ownership tracking for the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Parallel Market (Nomu) identified three adjustments in major shareholdings during the trading sessions of 7 July and 8 July 2026, involving two stake increases and one reduction.

Fahad Nayef Mutaib Al Anzi increased his equity stake in Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company by 0.22%. Following the transaction, his ownership rose to 7.89% from a previous 7.67%. This movement represented the primary change within the main market during the specified period.

In the Parallel Market (Nomu), Khalid Saleh Abdulrahman Al Shathri raised his position in International Human Resources Company by 0.11%. His total holding in the company reached 28.18%, up from 28.07%.

Conversely, ASG Plastic Factory Company saw a reduction in major ownership as Mohammed Fahad Nasser Al Othman lowered his stake by 0.14%. His ownership percentage dropped to 31.01% from the previous level of 31.15%.
