Riyadh – Mubasher: International Human Resources Company (iHR) announced the death of its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Adel bin Mohammed bin Suleiman Al Jarboua, who passed away on Sunday, 12 July.

Al Jarboua served the company as a non-executive member of the board, according to a bourse statement.

The board of directors and company employees expressed their condolences to the family of the deceased. The company stated that it will announce further material developments regarding the appointment of a new chairman in due course, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

No immediate successor was named in the disclosure following the announcement of the chairman's passing.

Earlier this month, the shareholders approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 4 million for 2025.
