Riyadh – Mubasher: Future Vision for Health Training Company has signed a contract with Prince Mugrin University on 12 July 2026 to collaborate on the development and operation of professional programs, certifications, and fellowships.

The company stated that the value of the agreement exceeds 90% of its total audited revenues for 2025, including value-added tax, according to a bourse disclosure.

The two-year contract involves the management, implementation, and marketing of training events and professional diplomas.

Under the terms of the agreement, Future Vision for Health Training will also develop and operate an e-learning platform that complies with local regulatory requirements.

The company expects the financial impact of this partnership to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the fourth quarter of 2026.

Future Vision confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. The award for the contract was also finalized on12  July, coinciding with the official signing date.

The company recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Taif University to establish a framework for academic and professional cooperation.
