Riyadh - Mubasher: Almoosa Health Company has entered into a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement totaling SAR 500 million with Banque Saudi Fransi.

The financing, which was secured on 14 July 2026, carries a maturity period of seven years and is backed by a promissory note, according to a bourse statement.

Almoosa Health stated that the primary objective of the facility is to finance previously disclosed capital projects and strategic expansion plans. It emphasized that the funds are designated for existing growth initiatives and do not relate to any unannounced investments or projects.
