With referring to the previous Declaration dated 7 July 2026 in which the Company clarify the IT security incident alleged to have affected our organization.
The Company continued the investigations into the matter and sought the assistance of external legal counsel and specialist digital forensic experts.
While the investigation remains ongoing, we have now identified indicators suggesting that the claims made online are credible, and we want to make the market aware of these developments at the earliest opportunity in the interests of transparency.
At this stage, the scope and nature of the incident, including whether any personal data or other confidential information has been accessed or exfiltrated, has not yet been conclusively confirmed. The forensic investigation is continuing as a matter of priority. To be clear, the Company presently have no evidence of any impact to any financial data, or any evidence of any detriment having been caused to any of our customers.
We took immediate steps to contain the incident and were able to successfully restore our systems from viable backups, meaning that we have not suffered any operational disruption as a result of this incident. We continue to have in place 24/7 endpoint detection and response tooling and have not received any alerts of suspicious activity since taking containment action.
