Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company issued a circular resolution on 16 July 2026 to form the audit committee for the current term.

The committee’s mandate began on 20 May 2026 and will extend for a duration of four years, concluding on 19 May 2030. The formation follows the receipt of a non-objection from the Insurance Authority.

Abdullah bin Saeed bin Saeed, an independent board member with over 18 years of experience in investment and finance, has been appointed as the chairman of the committee.

The board also appointed two external members: Saleh bin Abdullah Al Quraisha, who brings more than 20 years of expertise in banking and asset management, and Saeed bin Abubakar Al Amoudi, who possesses over 19 years of experience in financial operations and accounting.

The committee is tasked with overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance throughout the four-year board cycle.
