Riyadh — Mubasher: Leaf Global Environmental Services Company issued a corrective disclosure today regarding the results of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The company clarified the outcome of the ninth item on the assembly's agenda concerning the delegation of authority to the board of directors.

The correction, which follows an earlier corrective statement issued on 19 July 2026 as well, specifies that shareholders did not approve the proposal to delegate the powers of the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors under the license provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Companies Law.

Leaf Global noted that this delegation would have been valid for one year from the date of approval or until the end of the current board session, whichever occurred first, in accordance with the executive regulations for listed joint-stock companies.

The company noted that the previous announcement, published on 19 July, contained an error regarding the description of this voting result. All other details from the original disclosure remain unchanged.
