Riyadh — Mubasher: Major ownership disclosures on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) revealed three stake increases by individual investors across the healthcare, media, and trading sectors during the trading sessions of 19 and 20 July 2026.

The period saw no new entries into the 5% or more ownership category and no exits by existing major shareholders.

Future Vision for Health Training Company recorded the largest percentage increase among major shareholders during the two-day period. Naif Oudah Mohammed Al Harbi raised his stake in the company by 0.23%, bringing his total ownership to 9.52% from a previous 9.29%.

In the media and marketing sector, Fahad Naif Mutaib Al Anazi increased his position in Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company by 0.15%. This transaction moved his total holding to 6.79% of the company's shares, compared to 6.64% prior to the change.

Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat) also witnessed a change in its major shareholder structure. Adel Abdullah Nasser Al Ajlan boosted his ownership by 0.14%, resulting in a total stake of 9.40% up from 9.26%.

Official data for the sessions ending 20 July 2026, confirmed that total major ownership changes were limited to these three upward adjustments.

There were no instances of shareholders falling below the 5% disclosure threshold or new investors appearing on the major shareholders list for any listed securities during this timeframe.
