Barka Water and Power Company SAOG (the ‘Company’) advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors (‘Board’) held on 21 July 2026:

The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited interim financial statements of the Company for the six months period ended 30 June 2026 along with the Director’s Report.

The Board has approved the distribution of an interim cash dividend of Baiza 4.81 (Baizas four and 81/100 only) per share in accordance with the authorization granted by the Company’s shareholders at the AGM held on 12 March 2026. The dividend shall be payable to shareholders whose names are registered in the Company’s shareholders register on 28 July 2026 (the Record Date). The start of the transferring dividends will be 6 August 2026.
