The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 268 held on 21/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Subject: Decision at the Board Meeting held on 21st July 2026   The Board of Directors of Muscat Finance SAOG met on 21st July 2026, and the following decisions were taken:

1. Approved the un-audited Financial Statement for the six-months period ended 30^th June 2026. The unaudited Financial Statement will be uploaded on the Muscat Stock Exchange website.

2. Approved the Directors Report for the 2^nd quarter ended 30^th June 2026.
