Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) issued a follow-up disclosure regarding the lifting of a suspension on a major land asset located in the Al Arid district of northern Riyadh.

The company clarified that it officially became aware of the removal of restrictions on 13 July 2026, following the issuance of a title deed by the Real Estate Registry.

The land parcel covers a total area of 30,000 square meters and is situated within the commercial strip between King Fahd Road and Olaya Road. This update follows a previous announcement made by the developer on 14 July.

The company stated that the lifting of the suspension on the property has no immediate financial impact. The development marks the resolution of administrative restrictions on the site, allowing the firm to proceed with its plans for the prime northern Riyadh location.

Al Akaria is one of the kingdom's established property developers.
