Riyadh — Mubasher: Hedab Alkhaleej Trading Company announced that its ordinary general assembly (OGM) ratified a mandate authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the 2026 fiscal year.

The virtual meeting which was convened on 21 July 2026 reached a quorum with an attendance rate of 83.10%, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders also voted to elect a new board of directors for a four-year term commencing on 22 August 2026 and concluding on 21 August 2030.

The newly elected board includes Naif bin Ibrahim bin Rashid Al Rashid Al Humaid and Nasser bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al Humaid. Other members are Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Shaya, Fahad bin Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Nassar, and Yasser bin Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Rashid Al Humaid.

Additionally, the assembly granted the elected board the powers of the OGM regarding certain licensing authorities under the Companies Law.

This authorization is valid for one year from the date of approval or until the end of the current board session, whichever occurs first.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
