Riyadh — Mubasher: Digital Research Company (DRC) issued a reminder to its shareholders regarding the commencement of electronic voting for its upcoming Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (EGM), according to a bourse filing.

The voting process is scheduled to begin at 1:00 AM on 23 July 2026 and will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly session.

The meeting is slated to take place at 7:00 PM on 27 July 2026 through modern technology means.

This follows the company's initial announcement published on 30 June 2026 regarding the assembly invitation.

Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty service can cast their votes remotely without charge.

The company stated that the assembly will be conducted from its headquarters in Riyadh.

Meanwhile, the e-voting period allows investors to participate in decision-making on the meeting's agenda items ahead of the formal gathering.
