| Dhofar Generating Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange (‘MSX’) and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors (“Board”) held on 23rd July 2026: |

| · The Board reviewed and approved the un-audited interim financial statements of the Company for the six months period ended 30 June 2026 along with the Board of Directors’ Report. |
| The un-audited interim financial statements and board report will be uploaded in Muscat Stock Exchange website. |
*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
