Proposed Special Cash Dividend

 

Phoenix Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) would like to inform the Financial Services Authority, Muscat Stock Exchange, and investors that, further to its disclosure dated 30 June 2026 regarding the completion of the refinancing of its existing financing facilities through local banks, and the Company intention to propose a special cash dividend of 81 baisas per share.

 

As per the request by regularity Authority, the Company will complete the audit of its interim financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2026. Following completion of the audit, the Company will call for a General Meeting to consider the proposed special cash dividend, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals.

 

The Company will continue to update its shareholders and the market on any material developments in accordance with the applicable disclosure requirements.
