Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company’s board of directors approved the reconstitution of the company’s audit committee via a circular resolution passed on 21 July 2026.

The new formation is effective immediately and will remain in place until the conclusion of the current board term on 26 November 2027.

Under the new structure, Ahmed Mohammed Al Sawaf, an independent member from outside the board, has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee.

The committee also includes board members Saleh Al Rasheed and Abdullah Al Munaif, both of whom serve as independent members.

The reorganization follows the departure of Abdulkarim Omar, whose membership on the committee ended upon the approval of the board resolution.

Tihama Advertising noted that the previous committee structure had included Al Rasheed as chairman, alongside Al Munaif, Al Sawaf, and Omar.

The board of directors expressed its gratitude to Abdulkarim Omar for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the committee.

On 22 July, the company’s shareholders rejected a proposal to dismiss board member Saleh Ghadeer Al Rasheed from his position.
