Riyadh - Mubasher: Dar Al Balad for Business Solutions Company announced the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 26 July 2026, where shareholders representing 72.13% of the capital approved several structural and financial amendments.

Shareholders voted to authorize the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2026.

The assembly also approved the appointment of Talal Abu Ghazaleh & Co. as the auditor. The firm will review and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and final quarters of 2026, as well as the first quarter (Q1) of 2027, for a total fee of SAR 450,000.

The meeting, conducted via modern technology at 19:30, also resulted in the approval of amendments to the company’s bylaws. These changes include modifications to Article 2 regarding the company name and Article 8 concerning management.

Furthermore, new articles were added to the bylaws governing share trading, disclosures of interest in contracts, and the mechanism for interim dividend distributions.

The board was also granted authorizations related to the Companies Law for a period of one year.

In May, the company began floating its shares on the Main Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), after setting the initial public offering (IPO) final price at SAR 9.75 per share.
