Riyadh – Mubasher: Smart City Solutions for Communications and Information Technology, a subsidiary of Batic Investments and Logistics Company, received a court notification on 26 July 2026 to suspend and archive an enforcement order.

The enforcement request, originally filed by the Qassim Region Municipality via the Furas platform, involved a total claim of SAR 42.21 million, including value-added tax.

The Administrative Enforcement Court issued the decision to halt proceedings after the subsidiary filed an objection with the Supreme Administrative Court.

The appeal seeks to overturn the previous judgment and cancel the executive bond. This legal development follows a prior disclosure made on 5 July, regarding the initial receipt of the enforcement notification.

The suspension was granted in accordance with Article 4/4 of the executive regulations of the Law of Enforcement before the Board of Grievances.

Batic confirmed that the court moved to archive the request pending the outcome of the higher court's review of the case.
