The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 5 held on 27/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of Arabia Falcon Insurance Company (SAOG) met on Monday, 27 July 2026 and the following approvals were made:

1-      The Board of Directors of the Company reviewed and approved the unaudited financial Statements of the Company for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 as recommended by the Audit & Risk Committee.

2-      The Board of Directors ‘Report for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 was approved.

3-   Profit after tax for the six-month ended 30 June 2026 was RO 491,645 compared with net profit of RO 1,053,045 for the same period last year. The financial statements with related notes will be uploaded in the MSX website
