Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Funds index closed lower on Monday, 27 July 2026, shedding 12.88 points to reach 2,967.74 points.

Total trading value reached SAR 20 million across 2.54 million shares, with 18 funds declining against 14 gainers, while four remained unchanged.

The Investment Funds market experienced downward pressure during the session, ending with a 0.43% decrease.

Trading activity was concentrated in the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) sector, which dominated both liquidity and volume charts.

Among the top gainers, Albilad HK China Equity ETF (9410) led the list with a 0.91% increase to SAR 11.06, followed by SABIC HSCEI ETF (9411), which rose 0.71% to SAR 12.73.

Taleem REIT (4333) and Alistithmar REIT (4350) both advanced by 0.67%, closing at SAR 10.50 and SAR 7.55, respectively.

Alinma Retail REIT (4345) also saw positive movement, gaining 0.62% to end at SAR 4.84.

On the losing side, Derayah REIT (4339) recorded the sharpest decline, falling 3.24% to SAR 5.37.

Jadwa REIT Saudi (4342) dropped 1.54% to SAR 10.25, while Yaqeen ESG ETF (9409) decreased by 1.28% to SAR 10.12.

Other notable decliners included AlAhli REIT 1 (4338), which shed 1.21% to close at SAR 6.52, and Jadwa REIT Al Haramain (4332), down 1.02% to SAR 4.85.

In terms of market activity, Jadwa REIT Saudi (4342) was the most active fund by both value and volume, recording SAR 3.77 million in trades involving 370,000 shares.

Bonyan REIT (4347) followed closely with SAR 3.58 million in turnover and 360,000 shares traded, closing slightly higher by 0.10% at SAR 10.06.

Al Rajhi REIT (4340) saw SAR 1.88 million in liquidity, ending the session down 0.49% at SAR 8.08.

Other active funds included Alinma Hospitality REIT (4349) with SAR 1.8 million in value and Alistithmar REIT (4350) with SAR 1.75 million.
