The Board of Directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting held on 27/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions:

1.     The Board has approved the unaudited interim financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026.

2.     The Board has approved the Business Report for the period ended June 30, 2026.

3.     The Board has approved the Directors’ report on the company’s activities and its financial position for the period ended June 30, 2026.

4.     The Board has approved the List of Related Party transactions for the period ended June 30, 2026.

5.     The Board has approved the Internal Audit Report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
