Announcing the Resolutions of Board Meeting OMAN FISHERIES

The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 6/2026 held on 28/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The board of directors in its meeting held on the 28^th of July 2026 unanimously RESOLVED THAT,

1.       The unaudited financial statements for the 2^nd quarter that ended on the 30^th of June 2026 be approved,

2.      The board of directors’ report for the 2^nd quarter that ended on the 30^th of June 2026 be approved,

3.      Further to the disclosure published on the 24^th of May 2026, and with reference to the part related to accepting the resignation of the General Manager Mr. Dawood Sulaiman Al Wahibi. The board of directors decided to extend the effective date of his resignation until the 31^st of October 2026
