Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the lifting of the trading suspension on the shares of Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) to be effective as of 30 July 2026.

The decision follows the company’s disclosure of its financial statements for the period ended on 31 March 2026.

Trading in the company's shares had been suspended since 30 April 2026 after it failed to publish its financial results within the mandatory regulatory timeframe.

Tadawul confirmed that the resumption of trading on Chemanol aligns with the powers granted under the current listing rules.

The company satisfied the requirements for reinstatement by filing the delayed financial reports on 29 July 2026.

This move ends a three-month period during which the stock was unavailable for transaction on the Tadawul.

Furthermore, investors will be able to trade the security during the regular session starting tomorrow.
