Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Telecom Company (stc) has decided to pay out SAR 2.75 billion in cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

The dividend payment is equivalent to SAR 0.55 per share, representing 5.5% of the nominal share value.

stc said the distribution follows a three-year dividend policy approved during the General Assembly meeting on 6 November 2024, which committed the telecommunications provider to a quarterly payout of SAR 0.55 per share.

The company confirmed that 4.99 billion shares are eligible for the current distribution.

stc noted that treasury shares totaling 6.97 million, which are allocated for the employee incentive program, are excluded from the dividend entitlement.

Eligibility for the payout is set for 3 August 2026 for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The company scheduled the payment date for 20 August 2026, with Riyad Bank handling the direct transfer to linked investment portfolios.

Meanwhile, foreign non-resident investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax on the distributed amounts in accordance with local regulations.

In Q2-26, the Saudi telecom giant stc registered net profits amounting to SAR 3.62 billion and revenue of SAR 20.17 billion.
