Riyadh – Mubasher: Shalfa Facilities Management Company inked a contract with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority on 28 July 2026, for the provision of security guarding services.

The agreement, valued at SAR 36 million inclusive of value-added tax, follows a project award previously announced on 2 July 2026.

The contract was signed in partnership with Shalfa International Security Guarding Establishment.

Under the terms of the joint venture, the share of Shalfa Facilities represents 50% of the total contract value.

The scope of work involves securing headquarters, residential cities, administrative offices, and various branches and ports throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The agreement carries a duration of 12 months. The company expects the financial impact of this contract to be reflected in its financial results starting from the second half (H2) of 2026.

Shalfa Facilities noted that the partnership was formed within the normal course of business under prevailing commercial terms, despite indirect interests held by the Chairman and Vice Chairman due to family relationships with the owner of the partner establishment.

Earlier this month, Shalfa Facilities inked a SAR 366.49 million contract with Tatweer Building Company.
