The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 29/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Sub: Unaudited Condensed Financial Statements for the six months ended 30^th    June  2026.

 

We would like to inform youthat the Board of Directors of Dhofar Insurance Company SAOG have approved the unaudited condensed financials for the six months ended 30^th June 2026 in the Board meeting held on Wednesday, 29^th July 2026.

 

The Net Profit after Tax was reported at RO. 4.038million for the six months ended 30^th   June 2025 as against the Net Profit after Tax of RO. 2.609million in the same period last year.

 

The financial statements and related notes will be uploaded in Muscat Stock Exchange  website shortly.
