The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2 held on 29/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG has approved the unaudited financial results of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2026 in their meeting held on 29 July 2026.
